Wine list scan

Scan a wine list:
the whole list, at a glance.

The wine list arrives, everyone looks at you, and you don't want to be the one pointing at the second-cheapest. Photograph the list, and VinoSomm tells you which wine fits you and the food.

  • Order with confidence
  • No finger on the second-cheapest
  • The evening is yours
  • For you and the table
VinoSomm App: Scan a wine list

How it works.

A wine list is often a long list with no orientation. VinoSomm reads the entire list from one photo, recognizes every single wine, and computes a match value for each against your taste profile. You stay in the conversation instead of guessing between the lines.

Step 1

Photograph the list

One photo is enough. VinoSomm reads the whole wine list at once, even when it runs several pages.

Every wine gets a match

The app recognizes the individual wines and scores each against your taste. You see instantly which bottles are worth considering.

Common questions.

Does this work with any wine list?
VinoSomm reads standard printed lists. If a wine isn't clearly recognizable, the sommelier chat helps out.
Does the app recognize wines by the glass?
Whatever is on the list gets recognized, including the wines poured by the glass, as long as they're listed.
Do I need to know what I'm eating?
No, but it helps: name your dish and VinoSomm factors the pairing into its recommendation.
